Virtual instructor led training (VILT)
The instructional package below was created for a Zoom virtual environment, facilitated by seasoned instructors with in-depth knowledge of the topic. The intended auddience were colleagues who had been in their role for at least 1 year, familiar with the concepts but new to the formal system.
The images have been removed to guard any proprietary content and identifying text has been redacted or removed (in most cases with XX). However the formatting and color choices follow the client's style guide.

This guide was designed for novice facilitators. Care was taken to give a detailed reference that supported clear expectations.
Icons, color-coding, and thumnail images reflecting the presentation were included to reduce cognitive load.
